In placing an order you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.

All purchases are subject to UK law.

All prices quoted are in £ sterling

*COVID-19 updates: Please note that we are working as fast as we can to get through orders but there will be delays. Our website may not update as quickly as usual so there may be errors in stock availability, if this happens we will dispatch as much of your order as possible and refund the remainder as quickly as we can though obviously there will be delays. We are geatful for your support during this very challenging time*

Portrayal of products
All measurements quoted are approximate and the colours are shown as accurate as photographs will allow. Where items do not have size details photos are taken against backgrounds in the hope you wll get an idea of the size (e.g. brick background fo wording) please be sure to request size information if you are unsure.  

Items will usually be dispatched within 7 working days of receiving payment. For personalised & made to order items please allow up to 20 working days for dispatch. (Please note items are usually dispatched much sooner ,these timings are mainly to cover ourselves during busy periods of business, should you wish to place an order required urgently please contact us first)
Our postage price is capped at £3.25 for orders up to the value of £25 at which point postage is free. 

Delivery in the UK will usually be made by Royal Mail 2nd class. 
Delivery outside the UK is using the standard, lowest cost shipping option for your country, if you require a tracked shipment you will need to contact us in advance so that we can get a quote arranged for you as these costs are much higher than standard shipping. Please note that ALL international shipping is taking longer than usual and the estimated arrive is around 1 month from being dispatched. 
We hold on file ALL postage recipets for 4 months.

Returns / Replacements 
I'm sure you will be delighted with your purchases. However if you should wish to return or exchange the item please notify us within 48 hours and return the goods within 7 days, in their original packaging, undamaged at your own expense. Postage and packaging costs and return postage costs are non refundable. Please obtain a proof of postage, we can not be held liable for items which fail to be received back to us. 

All competitions are run by Imagine Design Create ltd and though on social media are not related to social media. We required a minimum of 50 entries to run any competition successfully, if under this number of entries we reserve the right to cancel or postpone the competition. All those entering must be a 'fan' / 'follower' / 'liker' of us on the social media platform they are using to enter. UK entries only will be offered the prize posted unless otherwise stated. On average a 10 working day dispatch. P&P is free unless otherwise stated. We hold the right to refuse any entries. We choose winners at random, should we believe the winner has broken any rules we will select a new one. Comps are run to promote our networks and us as a small business. Anyone who enters must agree to these T&C's.
