  1. Are you trying to find a bookshop in Seaton, Devon? Well you have found us. 

    We are Betty's Books, a bookshop based on Queen Street in Seaton, Devon. We are just a short walk from the seafront so visiting us makes a lovely day out. Alongside books we also sell art and craft supplies as our shop is shared with Devon Art Supplies. 

    In our bookshop you'll be able to find books for adults, teens and a small selection for children. We have a great selection of young adult books so if you are a young reader, or know one then coming to visit us is a must. We also sotck puzzle books, logic books, colouring books and activity books. There is a selection of maps and walking guides too. 

    Our bookshop is also part of the National Book Tokens scheme which means you can buy and redeem your national book tokens here in store. 

    We have a great selection of fiction and non-fiction in our little bookshop so there is hopefully something for everyone. 

    If you are a book lover but the people you are visiting Seaton with are not it is still worth bringing them along to our Queen Street shop as there is plenty more to see and we have a quiet little courtyard garden people are welcome to sit and wait in.

  3. If you want to try stamping for your card making or papercraft projects then we've got a great selection of stamps available at bargain prices here at Devon Art Supplies in Seaton.

    The most popular stamp range we offer is our own brand range called Imagine Design Create. There are a great range of themes, wording and accent stamps and a variety of sizes on offer in the selection. They are perfect for beginners and more advanced stampers. Most often they are used with ink pads though these top quality stamps can also be used with paints and other mediums. 

    As well as the stamps we also offer ink pads, blending tools, embossing powders and other stamping accessories.

  4. If you love knitting or want to learn how to knit i highly recommend checking out this bookshop.org list of books about knitting. 


    There are so many fantastic ideas on projects to get knitting, everything from socks, scarfs, clothes, toys and so much more. 

    Knitting is a great hobby for most ages, many children start knitting at around age 7 with assistance and love being able to creating things using colourful yarns. 

  5. If you have been in store recently then you'll likely have seen the seedlings and plants for sale, this is something we do throughout the year but you may have noticed recently we have quite a few more than usual available.

    Kerri-Ann has been busy starting seeds in the conservatory studio where you can see what is growing and what is ready to purchase. She has also set up a new Youtube channel to share her gardening and growing food journey you'll find her online as Tomatoes & Tulips or use the following links:
